The Texas Senate passed SR4 to honor James Bruce Bugg Jr. from San Antonio. This special resolution celebrates his life and contributions to our community. When someone dies, the Senate can pass these resolutions to remember people who made a difference. The resolution passed and was officially recorded on September 4th, 2025.
