S. 1320 is a bipartisan U.S. Senate bill introduced on April 8, 2025, by Senator Patty Murray and co-sponsored by Senator Joni Ernst. It directs the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs to review research on menopause and mid-life health for active-duty servicewomen and veterans, identify gaps in treatment options, and submit a strategic plan to Congress.
