Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Seven funds infrastructure improvements along Old Spanish Trail and Almeda Road in southeast Houston. The TIRZ board meets monthly in public session to review streetscape projects, drainage improvements, and development incentives supporting revitalization while preserving the character of historic communities along the corridor.
