Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Five funds infrastructure improvements in the Memorial Heights area along Washington Avenue and Memorial Drive. The TIRZ board meets monthly in public session to review drainage projects, road improvements, trail connections, and development incentives supporting the growth of this rapidly changing inner-loop neighborhood.
