Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Fifteen funds infrastructure improvements in the East Downtown (EaDo) neighborhood east of downtown Houston. The TIRZ board meets monthly in public session to review streetscape projects, green infrastructure, and development incentives transforming this formerly industrial area into a mixed-use neighborhood with housing, retail, and cultural venues.
