The Beacon Project

The Beacon Project is an initiative of More in Common, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization. It uses social science methods — including natural language processing, focus groups, and national surveys — to study people's core beliefs and propose new civic narratives. The goal is to change how Americans think about their rights and responsibilities in the modern world, and to communicate those findings to thought leaders and the general public. The Substack presence (thebeaconproject.substack.com) is consistent with this mission of public communication.
