Texas Public Safety Divers (TXPSD) is a volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Canyon Lake, Texas. Its trained civilian members provide public safety diving, search and rescue, recovery, and evidence recovery across Central Texas. They offer these services free to support local, state, and federal agencies.
