Spring Branch Human Resources Partnership, known as the Spring Branch Family Development Center, leads a multi-agency collaboration serving low-income families in Houston's Spring Branch area. It offers education, recreation, health, and social services, with all services available in English and Spanish. Each year it serves more than 12,000 people from across many zip codes.
