Save Our Sisters United is a Black trans-led group creating safe, supportive spaces where Black transgender women in Houston and across Texas can thrive. Founded in 2016, it offers peer support along with help for rent, food, healthcare, transportation, and mental health. It works to empower trans people of color and the women it serves.
