Public Safety Cadets is a Leesburg, Virginia nonprofit, run by current and retired law enforcement and public safety leaders, that prepares young people ages 14 to 20 for careers in public safety. Through education, training, and hands-on experience, the program builds character, encourages fitness, and fosters good citizenship while creating a recruiting pipeline for public safety agencies.
