Prerelease Reentry Employment Programming (PREP) helps incarcerated people prepare for jobs before they are released. On a secure residential campus separate from prison, participants get education, job training, case management, life skills, and treatment for mental health and substance use. PREP also supports people after release so they can find and keep steady work.
