The Pomona Residential Community Association is the homeowners association for the Pomona master-planned community in Manvel, just south of Houston. It cares for shared spaces such as the amenity center, fitness center, pools, and parks, and helps keep up the look and quality of the neighborhood. The association also organizes community events for residents.
