Community Organizing Alliance is a Maine nonprofit that lifts up the voices of Black, Indigenous, and people of color and low-income Mainers so they can take part in their communities. It runs programs in civic education, grassroots organizing, policy advocacy, and workforce development, including its Listening, Education, and Organizing (LEO) training. The group also hosts cultural community events and helps people learn how government works and how to be heard.
