Monitoring - Monitor the implementation and associated rulemaking of the following legislation passed by the Committee and enacted by the 89th Legislature to ensure that legislative purposes are properly implemented: · SB 1169 - Relating to the provision of water or sewer service by public entities operating jointly or concurrently.
