Who Decides
Monday, October 5, 2026 is the last day to register to vote in the 2026 Texas General Election. Texas requires voters to be registered at least 30 days before Election Day. You can register by mail, in person at the Harris County Tax Office, or through a volunteer deputy registrar. Texas does not offer online voter registration. Check your registration status at harrisvotes.com or votetexas.gov. If you have moved, update your address before this deadline to vote in your new precinct.
