Making It Work
PEP Transition Coordinators personally pick up graduates at release and provide extensive support during the critical reentry period. Services include transportation, housing placement, employment assistance, counseling, and emergency financial assistance. Three-year recidivism rate is approximately four percent. We welcome everyone in our community regardless of background or ability to pay.
