HIRAM CLARKE MULTI-SERVICE CENTER Multi-Service Center is a City of Houston neighborhood facility that brings together multiple city services under one roof. Multi-service centers provide access to social services, health screenings, job training, senior programs, youth activities, immigration assistance, and community meeting spaces.
