Legacy Community Health offers full-service primary care for adults and seniors across more than 50 clinic locations in the Texas Gulf Coast region. Services include health assessments, physicals, preventive medicine, chronic illness management, and women's health. As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Texas, Legacy welcomes everyone regardless of ability to pay, with a sliding fee scale to keep care accessible.
