WEST END MULTI-SERVICE CENTER Health Center is a City of Houston public health facility located at 170 HEIGHTS providing health services to our community. Houston Health Department facilities offer immunizations, women and children health services (WIC), disease prevention and screening, environmental health services, and community health education.
