The Downtown Redevelopment Authority board meets monthly to oversee TIRZ 3 investments in downtown Houston around Main Street and Market Square. Board meetings are open to the public and cover streetscape projects, public space improvements, development incentives, and infrastructure investments supporting downtown as a walkable center for all Houstonians. Downtown workers, residents, and business owners can attend to comment on projects and budget decisions.
