Where We Live
The Way Home is Houston's Continuum of Care system, bringing together more than 100 partner agencies under a Housing First model. The approach moves people into permanent housing as quickly as possible, then provides wraparound services like case management and health care. We welcome everyone in our community regardless of background or ability to pay.
