Bell Elementary School is our neighborhood public school serving grades Pre-K through 5th grade in southwest Houston. Located on Shaftsbury Drive near the Westbury area, Bell Elementary educates 548 students with Principal Ms. Kizzy Luke leading our campus. Houston ISD provides free public education for all children, which means every family in our community has access to quality learning. Bell Elementary offers daily instruction in reading, math, science, and social studies. Students also get free breakfast and lunch through federal nutrition programs.
