Who decides
The Houston City Council Regulatory Affairs Committee meets monthly at City Hall to review permits, licensing, code enforcement, and regulatory policy. Meetings are open to the public and cover building codes, business licensing, food truck regulations, short-term rental policy, and other regulatory matters affecting residents and businesses. Residents and business owners can attend to comment on proposed regulations and learn about compliance requirements affecting their neighborhoods.
