The TIRZ 1 St. George Place board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:15 PM. Board meetings are open to the public and cover infrastructure investments, streetscape improvements, drainage projects, and budget decisions for the St. George Place reinvestment zone near the Museum District. Residents and business owners within the zone boundaries are encouraged to attend and participate in public comment on how tax increment funds are spent in their neighborhood.
