Parent Resource Library is a neighborhood branch of the Houston Public Library system located at 1500 Binz. Hours: Tue 11am - 3pm, Wed 11am - 3pm, Thu 11am - 3pm, Fri 11am - 3pm. Phone: 832-393-3001. Services include book lending, digital resources, free computer and internet access, children and teen programs, adult literacy classes, and community meeting rooms. Library cards are available at no cost to all Houston residents.
