Melcher Library is a neighborhood branch of the Houston Public Library system located at 7200 Keller St. Hours: Mon 10am - 6pm, Tue 12pm - 8pm, Wed 10am - 6pm, Thu 12pm - 6pm. Phone: 832-393-3011. Services include book lending, digital resources, free computer and internet access, children and teen programs, adult literacy classes, and community meeting rooms. Library cards are available at no cost to all Houston residents.
