TIRZ 7 OST/Almeda Board Meeting

Overview

The TIRZ 7 OST/Almeda board meets monthly to oversee infrastructure improvements along Old Spanish Trail and Almeda Road in southeast Houston. Board meetings are open to the public and cover streetscape projects, drainage improvements, and development incentives supporting revitalization while preserving the character of historic African American communities along the corridor. Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend and provide public comment.
