Overview
The Houston City Council Quality of Life Committee meets monthly at City Hall to review parks, libraries, cultural affairs, and community services. Meetings are open to the public and cover park improvements, library programming, arts and cultural policy, and human services funding. Residents can attend to advocate for resources in their neighborhoods and learn about city programs that support community wellbeing and neighborhood vitality across the city of Houston.
